Lilia Graue Olmos - Plain Language Summary of Terms & Conditions for my Services
Last updated February 2026.
Hello, dear one! Thank you for being here. This is a simple, plain-language overview of how I work and what you’re agreeing to when you book any session or package with me. If anything in this summary differs from the full Terms & Conditions, the full Terms & Conditions will apply. By accessing or using my website and/or booking any of my Services, you confirm that you agree to the full Terms & Conditions described here, as well as the full policies governing use of my website and Services. Please read this summary and my full Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. If anything is unclear or you have questions, please contact me.
Licensing and Scope of Services
I am licensed to practice medicine and psychotherapy in Mexico and currently live in the United Kingdom. I am not registered with the UK General Medical Council (GMC) and I do not provide medical services in the UK. I am also not accredited by UK professional bodies such as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I provide medical services only in person in Mexico City, Mexico, in accordance with Mexican regulations. I do not offer medical care remotely or outside Mexico.
Psychotherapy is offered in person in Mexico City and may also be provided remotely when you are physically located within Mexico at the time of the session. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in Mexico when attending psychotherapy sessions.
If you are located outside Mexico at the time of our sessions, all services are educational in nature. This includes mentoring, coaching, consulting, and psychoeducation. These services do not involve medical or mental health diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or psychotherapy, and they do not create a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship.
You remain responsible for your own healthcare decisions. If something we discuss feels important for your health, please consult your doctor or another appropriate healthcare provider involved in your care.
I cannot guarantee any particular outcome.
If at any point it becomes clear that you would benefit from a different level, type, or structure of support than what I offer within my scope of practice, I will encourage you to seek additional or alternative care, and I may choose not to start or to stop working together.
Communication & Emergencies
WhatsApp, email, or text messaging are primarily used for scheduling and administrative communication. Where expressly included within my 6-month mentoring programs (Reclaim Your Life and Replenish Your Practice), communication between sessions may form part of the mentoring process as defined within those programs.
My practice is not designed to respond to emergency situations. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately or go to the nearest emergency department.
Sessions, Payment & Cancellations
Intake: You may begin with either a standalone Wayfinding Session or a 3-session In-Depth Assessment, depending on the format you choose.
Ongoing work: Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes and scheduled by mutual agreement, subject to availability.
Payment: Due at booking, processed in GBP. If your bank uses another currency, conversion will be handled automatically by your financial institution.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: You can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ written notice. Late cancellations, missed sessions, or late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) are forfeited and non-refundable. If I ever need to cancel on short notice, you’ll be offered a refund or credit toward a future session.
Refunds: Generally not available, except as required by UK consumer law. If you are a UK-based consumer at the time of booking, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, and you have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking. If your appointment is scheduled to begin within this 14-day period, you expressly request that services begin before the end of the cooling-off period. If you cancel after services have begun, you will remain responsible for payment proportionate to the services already provided, including administrative processing, allocation and reservation of dedicated time, review of submitted materials or communications, preparation for the session, and any session time already delivered, as applicable. If the service has been fully performed during the cooling-off period, your right to cancel ends.
Mentorship Programs
Bespoke 1:1 mentorship programs (including but not limited to Reclaim Your Life and Replenish Your Practice) are full-program commitments. Entering into a mentorship agreement means you commit to the full program fee, even when payments are made in installments. If you choose to stop early, all agreed payments are still due, as payment plans are simply a way to spread out the cost, not a pay-as-you-go model.
All payments are non-refundable except where statutory cancellation rights apply for UK-based consumers. If you are a UK-based consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel. If you choose to begin the program within that 14-day period, you expressly request that services start before the end of the cooling-off period. If you cancel after the program has begun, you remain responsible for payment proportionate to the work already carried out, including preparation, administrative processing, allocation of dedicated time, review of materials, and any sessions delivered. After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, the full program fee remains payable, regardless of participation, attendance, or early discontinuation.
Insurance & Billing
I am not in-network with any insurance providers. Eligibility for reimbursement varies depending on the type of service, your insurer, and your individual policy. You may contact your insurer directly if you wish to confirm your specific coverage.
I provide a standard payment receipt reflecting the nature of the service as described in the Scope of Services section of my Terms & Conditions. I do not provide superbills, insurance claim forms, diagnostic or procedural codes, or additional documentation for insurance purposes beyond this standard receipt.
Data & Privacy
Your privacy matters to me. I handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please see my full Privacy Policy for details.
Disputes
If you have a concern, please email me first to give me an opportunity to address and resolve the matter in good faith.
If we cannot resolve it between us, disputes will be handled in accordance with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction provisions in my full Terms & Conditions. Services provided while you are physically located in Mexico are governed by Mexican law and Mexico City jurisdiction. Services provided while you are located outside Mexico are governed by the laws of England and Wales, as set out in the full Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or statutory laws.
Final Notes
I may update these terms from time to time, and the date above will always show the latest version. Only you and I are part of this agreement; no third parties have rights here.
