This work isn’t easy.

But there can be a lot more ease.

We are doing radical care work in a system that wasn’t built for us.

It can be overwhelming. We believe all people deserve access to in-depth, personal, holistic care to heal from persistent pain. And we are up against a dominant medical paradigm that ignores systemic oppression and rewards certainty, speed, and self-sacrifice.

The dissonance leaves many skilled, devoted practitioners:

  • Drained after high-intensity, back-to-back sessions hearing about pain

  • Second-guessing themselves in complex cases, thinking they should have all the answers

  • Worried about paperwork, insurance, or whether there are enough clients who can afford them

  • Pursuing yet another certification, hoping it will finally give them the credibility or confidence they seek

  • Caught between care and survival, longing for more space, but afraid to slow down

Here’s what I want you to know…

You don’t need more ways of doing.
You need new ways of being with your work.

Ways that are true to your values, your needs, and your capacity…

So that at the end of most days and most weeks, you feel fulfilled and at peace,
confident in the impact you’re having, and
ready to rest and rejoice with loved ones.

Replenish Your Practice will help you step into exactly that.

Weave a more powerful way of being with clients,
and with yourself

REPLENISH YOUR PRACTICE is for you to…

  • Disentangle any part of you that identifies with the outcome of your work, so you can be even more caring and present, and much less drained by high-intensity sessions

  • Root into the knowing that your presence and skills are enough, so you don’t have to chase another certification to validate your work. Instead, you opt for trainings from a place of genuine curiosity and ample bandwidth

  • Tend any personal, community, or collective grief that may be weighing on your energy, and expand into joy and gratitude

  • Feel less overwhelmed by systemic inertia, more aligned with your values and fulfilled by the good you’re creating with your life

  • Thought-partner on how to price and package your services in alignment with your values, without compromising your financial health or familial obligations

  • Unlearn conditioning so you grow in ease and confidence around money, power, and visibility as a healing professional

  • Collaborate on the practical pieces that can make your life easier, from managing your work schedule, to setting up meals, to looking into childcare plans, it all comes up

  • Inquire into aspects of your training or practice that don’t feel true to you, and bring more of your own voice, intuition, and wisdom into your work

  • Move beyond PRT, EAET, Explain Pain, and other frameworks towards an approach that genuinely fits you and your context and will best benefit the communities you support

  • “Mind-blowing, paradigm-shifting guidance...”

“I believe Lily’s way of communicating could change the world.  Her approach to healing and teaching are rooted in collaboration, trust, and respect, and she actively builds these tenets into the relationship with her clients.

Lily is constantly nurturing the living dynamic between herself and the person or people with whom she is working.  There is no rushing or assuming in her work. She encourages transparency and honesty in a genuine and welcoming way, and is able to offer mind-blowing and paradigm-shifting guidance all while making you feel safe and supported.”

    — Christie Uipi, LCSW, Executive Director, The Better Mind Center

A NOTE FROM LILY

Hi, I’m Dr. Lilia Graue.

I’m a physician, psychotherapist, and mentor with 25+ years of clinical and teaching experience.

I’m also someone who has lived experience of recovering from persistent pain.

I believe we each have a unique and valuable voice to contribute to the growing field of mindbody medicine. We each bring skills and strengths from a rich diversity of lived experiences and professional backgrounds.

There are millions of people out there who need this approach, as well as the nuanced real-time support to make it work for them.

And yet, providing care outside the dominant paradigm, establishing visibility and credibility as a practitioner, and earning a sustainable income can be incredibly challenging, especially for anyone who is not a white, male, able-bodied physician.

Challenging as it is, there is a way to grow and sustain your work passionately and purposefully, without burning out.

I can honestly say that my own practice is much more gratifying, life-affirming, and sustainable than it was 20, 10, or even 3 years ago. I have made profound shifts that allow me to be present with pain and suffering without getting entangled in it. And I have sharpened my discernment so that I can apply others’ methodologies without silencing my own wisdom or bypassing my clients’ lived experience.

I offer this mentorship to share everything I’ve learned, and collaborate to find what’s most sustainable and authentic for you.

We don’t have to wait for systemic change to make a meaningful difference. I want us to be fairly compensated, deeply resourced, and thriving as we redefine what care and healing work looks like.

As we bring other ways of practicing into being, we are the change. We are creating a different culture.

May we contribute to the kinder, more
loving and peaceful world of our dreams,
and start living in that world right now.

  • “Set me on a path to becoming a better, more effective coach...”

“Dr. Graue was one of my first mentors when I started coaching patients. Her profound knowledge, coupled with perceptive guidance, set me on a path to becoming a better, more effective coach, while simultaneously enhancing my own journey as a self-healer.

Dr. Lily has a gift for leading and teaching. She integrates the skills of a therapist and the knowledge of a medical doctor to promote understanding of the bodymind, neuroplasticity and biopsychosocial methodologies to health and healing. More impressively, her expertise allows her to approach mentoring with quiet authority, creating safe spaces for collaboration and learning.

Time spent with her feels uplifting and meaningful.

    – Callie Kunz, Pain Reprocessing Coach, Certified Life Coach

We all need support to do this work, to stay resourced and nourished as we walk alongside others on their healing journey.

We need spaces to engage in exploration, understanding and meaning making, to have open and honest conversations. Spaces where we can celebrate and grieve, together.

Through our work together you’ll cultivate resilience and resourcing, tune in to your voice and strengthen the impact of your work rooted in your values, at the same time as defining and honoring supportive boundaries to sustain self-care. You’ll also be supported in unlearning limiting and oppressive conditioning and narratives around health and dis-ease.

We’ll talk about the people you support (patients/clients). We’ll talk about frameworks, theories, skills, and interventions. And, most importantly, we’ll talk about you: the gratifying, the painful, the challenging, the wonderfully unique. We’ll practice together to tune into the wisdom of your bodymind and curate resources for what you wish to continue exploring.

I believe that those of us who work in healing spaces can change the circumstances and paradigms that impact human lives. I value genuine, vulnerable, brave and honest conversations. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with us for struggling or hesitating in our work or our life. We need truly supportive spaces to talk about it without amplifying guilt, shame or impostor syndrome.

My approach is grounded in the knowledge that we heal and learn in the context of a loving relationship, in being met with unconditional positive regard.

What I offer is not a conventional didactic space; it’s not about me lecturing or imparting truth. It’s about the two of us co-creating a space of insight about who you are, how you show up for yourself and others, who and what you care about, your strengths, challenges, and edges of growth.

You and I will be co-participants, co-learners, collaborators, co-grief tenders, co-liberators (a term coined by my dear friend and mentor Lucy Aphramor to refer to the collaborative and collective work of liberation).

  • “Remarkable impact on my coaching practice for individuals with chronic pain...”

“Dr. Lilia Graue’s mentorship has been an invaluable gift. I’ve experienced a profound personal transformation, navigating my own chronic pain journey with greater ease, grace and resilience, and it has had a remarkable impact on my coaching practice for individuals with chronic pain.

Lily’s unmatched understanding of the complexities and nuances of the human experience, combined with her relentless pursuit of knowledge and open-minded approach, sets her apart as an unparalleled figure among bodymind professionals.

I am immensely grateful for the transformative impact our relationship has had on my personal and professional growth. It is truly invaluable. “

    – Jen Potterfield, M.A., NBC-HWC

  • We’ll hold space for grief, celebration, messiness, and growth. All is welcome here.

This is not a program about “fixing” you or “improving” you.
It’s about returning to yourself, with tenderness, with authenticity,

Throughout our time together, I’ll guide you through my flexible framework:

The EASE Method

Growth and transformation aren’t about forcing change. They come from engaging your wisdom and intuition.

While the exact process, practices and pace will be unique to you,

the EASE method describes the four essential threads I weave into every mentorship journey:

Entrust: When you create an inner sense of safety and trust, your body and nervous system can release reactive and protective patterns, and open to new possibilities for relating, learning, and collaborating.

Attune: Meet your emotions, sensations, needs, and desires with curiosity and compassion instead of judgment, and skillfully give yourself the rest, nourishment, movement, and boundaries you need to feel supported, connected, and energized.

Soften: Release any shame, expectations to achieve a certain outcome, or pressure to do work — or life — perfectly. Instead, take meaningful and imperfect action, reduce tension, and let learning and growth unfold.

Expand: Transformation isn’t just about solving problems or reaching goals. It’s about moving out of constriction and performative scripts toward authenticity in a way that honors your values and lineage, expanding your capacity to engage meaningfully with yourself, your clients, and your work and do more of what brings you joy, meaning, and fulfillment.

  • “I would not hesitate to recommend Lily...”

“Lily’s capacity to offer love unconditionally is apparent within minutes of first meeting her, you can just feel her warmth and deep empathy and somehow know that she will never judge you.

When you get to know her a little more you realise just how clever, well-researched and thoughtful she is too. I would not hesitate to recommend Lily. She blends kindness with an incisive mind; never intimidating, constantly caring. Her very presence feels healing.”

    — Cecile, Psychotherapist

Replenish Your Practice

A bespoke mentorship for MindBody & Pain Recovery practitioners

Provide nuanced, attuned care with more ease, presence, and confidence,
knowing you are doing enough, earning enough, and living in alignment with your values

We’ll step into a co-created space designed for meaningful support and lasting transformation.

Because each practitioner’s journey is unique, this outline offers a flexible framework; the details will be tailored and adjusted to fit your unique needs, priorities, and pace.

There are two ways we can work together one-on-one…

The 6-Month
Program

Transform your work and life for
greater vitality, sustainability, and meaningful impact

  • Deep exploration and integration: Tending to all of who you are, from the patterns showing up in your body, to the experiences that have shaped you, to what feels alive and present today. We’ll look at how these layers show up in your work and how your work, in turn, impacts your well-being. Together, we’ll explore the nuances of your story, needs, and intentions.

  • Bespoke mentorship: Weaving together your embodied experience and the contexts you’re embedded in — from your work and relationships to your inner life — we’ll meet you where you are now, while offering a supportive framework to reconnect with your own wisdom and move through the evolving landscape of practice and daily living.

  • High-touch, ongoing support to build new capacity, and create a practice that supports the life you want.

  • Months 1–2: We’ll meet weekly for 50-minute sessions to establish shared ground, cultivate discernment around your current landscape, and generate momentum for meaningful change.

  • Months 3-6: We’ll move to bi-weekly sessions to deepen exploration, sustain growth, and support you in bringing new ways of being and working into daily life.

  • In-between session support via email or WhatsApp, with responses provided at an agreed-upon day each week.

The investment for this 6-month mentorship is £7,500,
with monthly payment plans available.

Let’s begin

Bi-Weekly
1:1 Sessions

Find clarity, reflection, and
grounded exploration to nourish your
practice and daily life

  • Two hourly sessions per month (minimum): We’ll meet twice a month via Zoom, on the same day, at the same time (to be mutually agreed), so you can receive steady, spacious support as you experiment with new rhythms, boundaries, and ways of relating to your work.

  • Weekly option available: If you’d like to have weekly sessions rather than bi-weekly, this is also an option.

  • 3-Month commitment: I ask for an initial three-month commitment to create a longer term relationship, and support depth and continuity. After that, we can continue our work together if that feels right for you.

  • Flexibility: This container offers flexibility, allowing our work together to flow with ease and adapt to your needs.

  • Bespoke mentorship: Teachings, tools, and collaborative inquiry to help you reconnect with your own wisdom, so you can meet challenges, shift patterns, integrate change, and make confident choices grounded in clarity. We’ll move gently and consistently, tending the personal and professional in parallel.

  • Contact: All contact will be through our sessions. If anything arises in-between sessions, I’ll ask that we either book in an additional session to support you, or you bring everything to our next session.

The investment for this mentorship starts at £2,100,
with monthly payment plans available.

Let’s begin

A Note About Payment Plans: Payment plans are available at no additional cost, because I believe access shouldn’t come with penalties. At the same time, paying in full makes a meaningful difference and supports the sustainability of my practice as an independent, woman-owned business grounded in care and deep expertise. It also eases the administrative work on my end. If you’re able to pay upfront and choose the single-payment option for the 6-month program, I offer a bonus integration session as a thank you.

Ongoing flexible support to follow up

After the mentorship program, many of my clients choose to stay connected, whether through occasional one-off sessions to check in and remember, or a custom-designed follow-up container with a rhythm and level of support that feels nourishing.

This could look like:

  • Bi-weekly or monthly sessions

  • Seasonal check-ins

  • Focused guidance when challenges or transitions arise, or when you want to celebrate together

This ongoing, flexible support is here if and when you need it, to help you integrate, recalibrate, and stay connected to what you’ve cultivated.

Follow-up one-off 50-minute sessions are available at £350.

If you’re wanting to deepen your practice in community, join the mailing list to hear about the next intervision group for reflection, support, and shared learning.

BEGIN WITH:
The Wayfinding Session

Whether you’re navigating your own pain or symptoms, facing decision fatigue after a dozen trainings, feeling the weight of imposter syndrome, or just unsure where to begin, we’ll slow down, sift through the noise, and clarify what would be most nourishing right now.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Relief from any pressure to do it all, fix everything, or prove your worth

  • Discernment around what’s yours to tend, and what you can lay down for now

  • A felt sense of whether we’re a good fit for ongoing collaboration

  • Next steps, including frequency, scope, or referrals that align with your season

FAQs

  • I don’t offer complimentary discovery calls, and I’d love to share why.

This work is nuanced and complex. In my experience, 15–30 minutes isn’t enough time for your nervous system to settle, for me to meaningfully understand your experience, or for either of us to assess fit with the care it deserves. Those short sessions can end up feeling rushed, and don’t allow for the kind of presence I value at every stage of this work.

Rather than offer a brief call that risks feeling transactional or performative, I invite you to begin with a Wayfinding Session, a one-time, 50-minute paid session. It’s a chance to arrive fully, explore some of your questions with care, and explore whether working together feels right and if so, at what pace.

While I won’t be able to answer every question you might have or dive into every aspect of your story in just one session, what I can do is offer perspective, insight, and clarity about next steps. If it’s a fit, we can continue. And if not, I’ll point you toward thoughtful referrals or resources that may better serve you.

If you decide to move forward with the 6 month program within 14 days, the full cost of the Wayfinding session will be credited toward your mentorship.

Click here to book your Wayfinding Session.

  • Yes. As part of my commitment to equity and sustainability within care work, I offer as many sliding scale spots as I can while still meeting my needs, with priority given to those working in Indigenous, community-based settings, or countries with lower income where full fees may not be feasible. If this applies to your context, you’re warmly invited to reach out.

My rates are structured with care and intention to reflect the time, expertise, presence, and deep labor — emotional, intellectual, and somatic — that this work requires, while also sustaining my practice and meeting my financial needs and responsibilities, including caregiving for my elders in Mexico. This allows me to continue showing up fully and sustainably for those I serve.

Fair compensation for care work, especially when offered by women and practitioners from historically excluded communities, is part of the more just world I’m working toward.

At this time, sliding scale for my mentorship for providers starts at £1,050 for the 3-month bi-weekly sessions program.

I know for many this will still be prohibitive, and I offer a growing library of free resources and practices, periodic free or low-cost workshops, and ongoing intervision groups. If you'd like to stay connected and be the first to hear when new offerings become available, you're warmly invited to join my mailing list. I’d love to share these resources with you.

  • If you’re new to my work, you’re to begin with a one-time Wayfinder Session.

Ongoing mentorship is available through programs with a set timeframe. For practitioners, I offer a choice between a high-touch 6-month pathway, or a 3-month flexible pathway as a starting point.

Once you’ve completed a mentorship program, you’re welcome to add individual sessions as needed.

And if we’ve worked together before, I’m always glad to offer one-off sessions to check in and support you on your ongoing healing journey.

  • I offer between-session WhatsApp or email support as part of the 6-month mentorship program, responding on an agreed-upon day of the week.

For the flexible program, our work together will be focused within our scheduled sessions.

These boundaries support the depth and sustainability of the care I provide, and also honors your capacity to integrate the work between sessions.

  • Each session is shaped by what’s present for you. We may explore emotional and energetic patterns in your work and life, clarify what needs your attention, do case consultation, tend to grief, engage in somatic practices, or collaborate on practical elements like pricing, capacity, and scheduling.

Some sessions are more spacious and reflective; others are more focused or strategic. All are grounded in care, curiosity, compassion, collaboration, and mutual respect.

  • Absolutely. Many practitioners are in recovery from persistent pain or chronic symptoms. That may even be what brought you to this work in the first place, offering you deep insight and empathy for those you support.

At the same time, symptoms can show up in, or be amplified by, care work. Navigating your own pain or symptoms, especially during a flare, can feel challenging and may even trigger self-doubt about your role or capacity.

This space is here to support you in the fullness of your experience, including how your body and nervous system are affected by the work you do.

Together, we’ll honor both your expertise and your humanity, creating room to tend to what arises with care, so you can be present in your work and life in a way that feels sustainable, authentic, and aligned.

  • If you are practicing in Mexico, I am able to provide clinical supervision. Otherwise, I am happy to consult on cases in a mentorship capacity.

  • Absolutely. Many practitioners find this mentorship complements other forms of support beautifully. It’s a distinct space for personal reflection, nervous system-informed exploration, and values-aligned practice development. That often includes case consultation, however it need not compete with clinical supervision.

  • Absolutely. This bespoke mentorship is designed to meet you at any stage of your professional journey, whether you’re just beginning to clarify your path, transitioning from another field, or already experienced and looking to deepen or realign your work.

We can address the full range of your what comes up in and through the care work you do (or are preparing to do): from building clarity, confidence, and a strong, values-aligned foundation that supports both your work and life, to deepening your practice, navigating complex challenges, or realigning your professional path to better reflect your evolving priorities.

Throughout, we attend to the full picture: your inner experience, practical concerns like choice of training programs, workload, financial aspects, and boundaries, and how your work integrates with your life, creating a tailored, holistic space for reflection, growth, and sustained support.

Together, we are weaving a richer tapestry of
healing, kindness, and liberation.

We may not be able to fully change the system in our lifetimes. But with each move we make in alignment with our values,
we are laying the groundwork for a world where:

  • Care is not rushed, standardized, or transactional, but careful, personalized, and relational

  • The innate healing power of our bodyminds is better understood, respected, and protected

  • The health and wellness fields evolve beyond healthism, ableism, racism, sexism, and dualism

  • More practitioners are sustained — financially, emotionally, spiritually — in doing this vital work

  • Healing is not a privilege, but a possibility for everyone

It begins with how we choose to show up, for ourselves, and for those we serve.

It ripples out into the lives of the people and beings around us.

If you're ready to build a practice that sustains you as deeply as it supports the people you serve, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
