Apply to work together 1:1
Hello, dear one. I'm so glad you found your way here.
Thank you for your interest in working with me. The first step is to fill in the form below. If I think it makes sense to further explore whether working together might be a good fit, I will invite you to schedule a Wayfinding Session or an In-Depth Mindbody Assessment.
After either of these, we might choose to continue with either a 6-month structured program including email support between sessions, or a flexible pathway with 2-4 sessions per month, with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Important to Know
I am licensed as a physician and psychotherapist in Mexico.
I currently live in the United Kingdom. I am not registered with the UK General Medical Council (GMC) and I do not practice medicine in the UK.
If you are located outside Mexico, our work together is mindbody mentoring, educational in nature, and not medical or mental health diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or clinical care. It does not establish a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship and is not a substitute for care from your doctor, psychotherapist, or other healthcare professional. You remain responsible for decisions about your health, including medications or treatment plans, which should always be discussed with your prescribing or treating clinician. Learn more.
What mindbody mentoring is
Mindbody mentoring offers a collaborative framework for life skills in support of growing in ease and wellbeing, for people living with chronic pain and other symptoms. It facilitates a process of exploration, in which you can cultivate discernment about whether and how mindbody practices are supportive to you. It is a form of supported self-care.
Rooted in mindfulness and self-compassion, the work is educational and experiential. It can include relearning and shifting how you respond to painful sensations, navigating flare-ups, understanding nervous system responses and cultivating body awareness. We may explore neuroscience frameworks such as predictive processing, which help make sense of how the brain shapes the experience of pain and other symptoms. We may also draw on somatic practices, principles and elements of pain reprocessing and emotional awareness and expression, various frameworks to support nervous system regulation. Our work can include grief tending as well, as and when that feels right for you. Over time, you build resilience and trust in your own ability to care for yourself, and become more resourced to meet challenges as they come.
What mindbody mentoring is not
Mindbody mentoring is not therapy, diagnosis or treatment. It works alongside, and does not replace, the care you receive from your doctor, therapist, and/or other healthcare professionals.
Let’s explore working together
A note from Lily
In case we haven’t met, I’m Dr. Lilia Graue, physician, psychotherapist, and mindbody healing mentor.
I’m also someone who’s recovered from a decade of chronic back pain with the mindbody approach I now share with others.
I don’t offer prescriptive paths or one-size-fits-all answers. I offer presence, depth, and a collaborative space that integrates a holistic lens with a grounded, science-based perspective to support you in reclaiming the joy and freedom that already live inside you. As a fellow human, I know the gift of loving presence that makes space for the whole of our experience and meets us with acceptance and deep listening.
My clients are thoughtful, self-aware, resourceful people who are ready to respond differently to their symptoms, take ownership of their learning and healing, and shift their relationship to what they’re experiencing. They’re seeking a deeper, more nuanced conversation that connects the dots in a way that feels coherent and grounded in their unique experience.
This is the work of my life: to hold space for others as they heal, and to support fellow healers in providing radical care that is both sustainable and deeply fulfilling.
Our Bodyminds Know Ease.

Breaking free from one-size-fits-all approaches and exploring nuanced and compassionate ways to heal and feel like yourself again
