If you’re on this page, it’s most likely because you’ve reached out wishing to schedule a session and I’ve provided this link, so you’ll find a very abridged version of the information about the different sessions.

If that’s not the case, and you would like to learn more about me and the sessions I offer, you may wish to explore my home page, bodymind (re)learning for wellbeing and ease to find freedom from persistent pain and other symptoms, consulting sessions, and mentoring for healing and coaching professionals.

If you have any questions about scheduling, and/or for whatever reason the sessions don’t quite meet your needs and you’d like to explore options together, please contact me.

Types of session and logistics:

  • Intake session (1 hour 40 mins + questionnaire): If this is the first time we’ll meet, and you want to explore working together to be supported in bodymind (re)learning for wellbeing and ease, finding freedom from chronic pain and other symptoms, cultivating ease, joy and wholeness in the presence of illness, and/or healing depression and anxiety, I will ask that you do a full intake. This allows ample time for you to share your story with me, and also for more nuance and depth in our exploration. It offers us greater clarity on how we can work together in support of your healing, and gives me a fuller picture to answer your questions, as well as more insight about practices and tools that could best address your needs, priorities, and wishes. We’ll do this in one of two formats: a single 1 hr 40 min session or two 50 min sessions, depending on both your preferences and my availability. Once you’ve scheduled your first session, you’ll receive a questionnaire from me. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive the questionnaire.

  • Consulting session (standalone 50 min session): I’m all yours to talk, create, brainstorm, and be in radical presence, whatever will support and nourish your mind, body, heart and spirit. Consulting sessions can also be devoted to grief tending. You can learn more about consulting sessions here.

  • Mentoring session (for healing and coaching professionals): We all need support to do this work. You can learn more about mentoring here.

If you’ve scheduled an intake session, you will receive a questionnaire from me, please allow up to 2 business days to receive it. You can schedule any kind of session up to 28 days in advance. Consulting and mentoring sessions can be scheduled with a minimum of 24 hours in advance, and intake sessions can be scheduled with a minimum of 7 days in advance, to allow for ample time for you to respond to the questionnaire and for me to review it prior to the session.

In addition to my full presence, knowledge and experience, if appropriate and available, I may provide recommendations or referrals to other physicians and health professionals. I may also provide a list of curated resources relevant to the questions and concerns you bring.

If we both agree to continue working together, our follow-up appointments will be 50 minutes and we will agree on a frequency that is best suited to your needs, considering my availability. I’ll provide you with a link to book these follow-up appointments after our first session.

I am often asked how often and for how long we’ll meet. We’ll explore that together, as every person is different. Most of the people who work with me in support of their healing do so for a period of six months to two years, though some choose to work with me for a shorter or longer period. Most start with a weekly or bi-weekly frequency. Providers who work with me through mentoring usually opt for a bi-weekly or monthly frequency, though some schedule stand alone sessions.

At this time I am only offering online sessions (through Zoom). Once you’ve scheduled your session, you’ll receive a Zoom link.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 11 am - 1 pm and 2-6 pm GMT (London time).

As of January 24th, 2024 I’m living in London. If you’re in the American continent, I’ll be available during your morning. If you need availability during the afternoons, I’m happy to share the contact info of one of my trusted colleagues, please contact me.

I am licensed to practice medicine and psychotherapy in Mexico. I can provide primary medical and mental health care for residents of Mexico only.

If you are not a Mexican resident, the services provided by me will be limited to the purview of education, coaching, mentoring, and/or consulting. They do not constitute medical and/or mental health diagnosis, care, advice, treatment, or prescription, nor are they meant as replacement of medical and/or mental health care, or consultation with a healthcare professional.
